- Rub gently with a soft, damp cloth dipped in a light shampoo solution. Do not use too much water; leather takes time to dry.
- Avoid oil/eggs/pen marks.
- Never use baby wipes, vinegar or any other ‘home remedy’ for cleaning.
- Moisturize your bag with a leather conditioner to keep it supple
- Stuff your unused bag with bubble wrap to restore and hold its shape.
- Apply boot polish, Vaseline or saddle soap. This creates a protective layer which will help you avoid small scratches.
- Leather products should either be well aired or stored in a cloth bag. Avoid storing in plastic for long.
- During monsoons, in case of fungus infestation, clean with Dettol.
- If soaked wet, the bag should be stuffed to retain its shape then left to dry in, shade. Avoid extreme heat on product, i.e direct sunlight or hair dryer.
- Warning: Applying any form of polish will almost always change the leather colour. So do a spot check before applying to the whole bag to see if you are happy with the outcome.
- Customer can only return within 7 days from the day of delivery.
- To return any item that are discovered damaged or not as per your original order or the size does not fit properly, please contact customer service by email at email@example.com. The company shall decide whether the Product shall be replaced or not and the same shall be communicated to you.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags.
- Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- No cash refund shall be given. In store credit means an amount shall be credited to the account of customer (excluding taxes and shipping charges), and the same shall be used by the customer for making their next online purchase on the website. If the customer does not have an account on the website, the same shall be created for getting the in store credit.
- Please note that the COD (Cash on Delivery) charges Rs.250/- would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
