Crop residue collected from farms across India, the kind that would otherwise be burned every winter, is processed into a soft, durable leather alternative, with no chrome tanning and no virgin plastic involved. From there, each bag is cut, stitched, and finished by hand by women artisans in our workshop, guided by three decades of craft in conventional leather before our family business shifted toward plant-based materials.
