Eligibility: Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Certain items may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable; this will be specified on the product page. Items purchased during sale or promotional activities are not eligible for return or exchange unless a wrong product has been sent or the item is damaged/defective upon arrival. 2. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include the original packing slip or order confirmation email. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product. 3. Refunds (Store Credit & Monetary): For eligible returns (excluding damaged/defective items as per Section 5), once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit note for the value of your purchase. This credit note will be issued to your La Baggio account or provided via email, and can be used for future purchases on our website. For approved returns of damaged or defective items (as per Section 5) where a monetary refund is opted for, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Once the refund is initiated from our end, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund amount to be credited to your account. The exact time frame may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 4. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. Any price difference (if the new item is more expensive) and additional shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer. 5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label for the item and, upon verification, arrange for a replacement or a full monetary refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference and product availability.
